3.2 Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. Proof of address may include a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months.

3.4 y222 does not accept accounts in false names. Any account found to have been registered using false identity information will be immediately suspended and any funds therein may be forfeited.
4.1 All deposits to your y222 Account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT.

5.1 All bets placed on y222 are final once confirmed. y222 does not accept requests to void or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where y222 determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred (e.g. clearly incorrect odds published due to a system error).
5.2 y222 reserves the right to void or limit bets, restrict account wagering limits, or suspend betting access to any account where irregular betting patterns, arbitrage activity, or suspected match-fixing involvement is detected.

9.1 y222 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. y222 does not warrant uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or events outside y222's reasonable control.
9.2 y222's total liability to any User in connection with these Terms, the platform, or the Services shall not exceed the total value of Funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
9.3 y222 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of gaming activity. All Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a normal and expected outcome of wagering activity.

12.2 In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or serious breach of these Terms, y222 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the Funds held in the relevant Account.
12.3 Users may close their own y222 Account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding withdrawable balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method following completion of KYC verification.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to y222's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].
